Appointment of directors
∙ Directors are appointed at the general shareholders' meeting, and the director candidates to be appointed at the general shareholders' meeting are selected and recommended by the board of directors and submitted to the general shareholders' meeting.
∙ Each board member is independent of the largest shareholder and major shareholders.
Composition of directors
∙ Our board of directors consists of five members including two inside directors and three outside directors.

Audit organization
Composition of the Audit System
We are currently operating an audit committee, and three auditors selected by the resolution of the general shareholders' meeting are responsible for the audit. The Audit Committee may require that the relevant departments submit books and documents in relation to their work. If necessary, the committee can request related documents and make recommendations to appropriate divisions and to board of directors to improve management processes.
