2024 Seoul Group Calendar | A New History of Light

A New History of Light

Seoul Semiconductor and Seoul Viosys (collectively, "Seoul Group") create an annual calendar exploring the science and technology of light and its impact on nature and human life.

Light is part of our everyday lives, yet it holds remarkable scientific insights and values that many people have yet to discover. Through our calendars, Seoul Group aims to make these fascinating stories of light accessible and engaging for everyone.

The 2024 calendar, "A New History of Light," explores the history of scientific discoveries about light, photons and the quantum world, the solar spectrum, circadian rhythms and sleep, memory and cells, natural color rendering, and the relationship between light and safety.

It also highlights how SunLike, which recreates a spectrum close to natural sunlight, and Violeds UV technology demonstrate the potential of light to contribute to human health, environmental well-being, and a better future.

Seoul Group will continue to explore natural light and share its value in making the world cleaner, healthier, and more beautiful.
