Composition of the Audit System	We are currently operating an audit committee, and three auditors selected by the resolution of the general shareholders' meeting are responsible for the audit. The Audit Committee may require that the relevant departments submit books and documents in relation to their work. If necessary, the committee can request related documents and make recommendations to appropriate divisions and to board of directors to improve management processes.
